ONION, Presiding Justice (Retired). This appeal is taken from a conviction for burglary of a building. TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. Â§ 30.02(a)(1) (Vernon 1989). Following the jurys verdict of guilty, the penalty stage of the trial was conducted before the trial court. Finding the enhancement allegations of two prior felony convictions to be true, the trial court assessed appellants punishment at twenty-five (25) years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.
